Superb Training and Support
Our training and support experience starts as you consider our opportunity: With an introduction to Spherion including our history, corporate support, market data, technology, operations, sales training, owner recognition, and communications.
We follow that with a thorough review of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) to confirm understanding of the franchisee/franchisor relationship. Next, you’ll attend a Discovery Day at our Atlanta headquarters where you’ll meet our corporate team including our president, CFO, and other leadership.
Should we mutually decide to move forward and your desired market becomes yours. We’ll engage our real estate resources to assist you in finding office space and negotiate a lease. If all goes well, approximately 90 days from signing, you’ll open your doors trained, staffed and armed with the knowledge imparted by a team with 275 years of collective staffing experience and the data to effectively and efficiently develop business and recruiting relationships.
No owner opens their doors less than fully prepared to go to market. Plus, we join you for 80 hours in the first month of operation to facilitate sales and operations skill development and add to your confidence.
