Opening a RedBrick Pizza: The Steps
Although the process of opening a restaurant can seem overwhelming if you’re new to franchising, we’ve got it down to an art. From start to finish, everything can be broken down into three phases. From signing to opening, you can anticipate 6 to 12 months.
1) Getting Acquainted
The process starts with candidate qualification. We get to know you, you get to know us, and together, we figure out whether it’s a good fit. From there, you’ll receive our franchise disclosure document (FDD) and move on to the application and discovery day. If all goes well, we’ll be signing a franchise agreement and moving on to phase 2…
2) Charging Ahead
Phase 2 is a busy time, and it starts with a kick-off call between you, development, and field support. You can look forward to a location search and site approval, along with business plan development and goal-setting. With a firm plan in place, you’ll hire the architect and contractor, get the necessary permits, and construction will begin.
3) The Finishing Touches
With everything in place back home, you’ll enjoy our industry-leading instruction at one of our training restaurants. Then, you’ll receive additional training in your own restaurant to make sure everything’s ready for the big day. After that, it’s time to open the doors and start making guests happy!
